Whistler Blackcomb is the largest mountain resort in North America. From driving on the Sea-to-Sky highway along the Pacific Ocean to climbing peaks in the Garibaldi Ranges that go upwards of 8,000 feet, there's an unlimited amount of terrain to explore. It's also home to the world's longest continuous lift system (the Peak 2 Peak Gondola):
What Are We Doing?
Whistler has miles of Cross-Country Ski Trails, near-unlimited terrain for Snowmobiling, easy-access Snowshoeing, Scandinavian Hot Springs & Spas, and Downhill Ski / Snowboard which features over 8,000 acres of skiable terrain or +200 runs (including 2 that are 11 km / 6.8 mi long). For those arriving earlier on Thursday, we'll be hitting the Tube Park which has 1000+ feet of sliding on multiple tracks.
There will be lots of time for disconnecting & taking-in the surrounding Coast Mountain range.
Where Are We Staying?
Recently recognized as the #1 Resort in Canada for 2025 by Travel + Leisure, Four Seasons Whistler is located at the base of Whistler Blackcomb mountains. The property features a handful of restaurants (indoors & outdoors), areas to relax & recharge (pools, hot tubs, saunas), a ski concierge, and easy access to Whistler Village:

We carefully facilitate our masterminds to create an open space for Brothers to share what they're ready to share. It's an opportunity to celebrate important wins together, relate to seemingly impossible situations, and most importantly, listen to and be present for one another. The circle is a mere seed and starting point for conversations that follow - and ultimately fuel our mission of creating long-term relationships & community.

Trip Details & FAQs
What are the dates?
We arrive Thursday, March 12th and depart Sunday, March 15th, 2026. Brothers have the option of arriving earlier and departing later (our planning your trip email will have more details).
How do I get there?
Fly into the Vancouver International Airport (YVR). We'll depart YVR between 2pm and 4pm on Thursday for Whistler. On Sunday, we'll depart Whistler from 8am to 10am to YVR. Please note it is 1.5 to 2 hours each way, depending on traffic.
If you are planning to hit the tubing park, we'll depart Vancouver for Whistler at 2pm on Thursday.
What activities are we doing?
All Brothers are welcome to join for this weekend from beginner to advanced levels of snowmobiling, cross-country, downhill ski / snowboard, etc. After we expend copious amounts of winter calories, we’ll be hitting the spa, relaxing, and eating massive meals.

Can I cancel?
We’ve signed agreements & put down deposits years in advance that are non-refundable, so cancellations will not be accepted. You can resell your spot in WhatsApp or we can attempt to resell it for a 10% admin fee.
