A UNESCO World Heritage Marine Site Cabo Pulmo is the oldest of three coral reefs off the west coast of North America and is estimated to be 20,000 years old.
Termed, “the aquarium of the world,” by famed oceanographer Jacques Cousteau, the marine reserve is home to more than 200 marine species including leatherback sea turtles, moray eels, bull sharks, unique orange grouper, bat rays and galaxies of colourful fish that include the infamous swarms of sparkling jackfish. In the winter, humpback whales can often be seen, and in the spring, hammerhead sharks.
Jacques Cousteau called it “The World’s Aquarium”, a deep, rich marvel of a sea that’s home to a rich ecosystem of whales, squid, birds, turtles and fish—from yellowfin tuna, snapper and grouper to sailfish and marlin of every sort. The Sea of Cortez is a playground and a treasure.
There’s adventure to be found on and under the Sea of Cortez: sailing, yachting and sportfishing; paddleboarding and kitesurfing in season; skin and scuba diving. The Sierra de la Laguna mountains hide freshwater swimming holes, and the desert offers miles to explore on all-terrain vehicles.

Our Global Gatherings are an ideal weekend for you and your partner to relax and get to know your fellow Brothers and their families. You’ll be able to enjoy romantic dates, pair up with other couples for meals, and share fun activities together.
Four Seasons is extremely family friendly with plenty of children’s activities, daycare and babysitting services.
Note: all meals and business roundtables are open to Brothers and their Partners. Some dinners may be adult-only (opening dinner we typically have a kids table), and mastermind circles are Brothers-only.
A schedule preview will be sent ahead of time so that you can best plan for childcare arrangements in advance. Last year, there were kids-only dinners so prepared to be excluded ;)

We carefully facilitate our masterminds to create an open space for Brothers to share what they're ready to share. It's an opportunity to celebrate important wins together, relate to seemingly impossible situations, and most importantly, listen to and be present for one another. The circle is a mere seed and starting point for conversations that follow - and ultimately fuel our mission of creating long-term relationships & community.

Topical Sessions
Our sessions focus on Health & Wellness (eg longevity, biohacking, supplements), Operations & Finance (eg scaling, hiring, exits), and Sales & Marketing (branding, social media, newsletters). In these sessions, Brothers + partners bring their best practices, expertise and questions so we can maximize knowledge-sharing within our community of leaders.

What are the dates?
We start the evening of Wednesday, January 13th and depart Sunday, January 17th, 2026. You’ll have the option to book additional nights (before and/or after) when we send our planning email (1-2 months prior).
How do I get there?
Fly into the Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). Four Seasons is approx. 45 mins from the PVR airport. We can arrange Four Seasons shuttles on your behalf after receiving your travel details.
What's the schedule?
Aside from mastermind and business sessions, we highly encourage you to relax poolside, soak in tubs, get pampered in the spa, spontaneously start a volleyball game on the beach, and do anything else that’s recharging! There will also be options to participate in group activities.

Can I cancel?
We’ve signed agreements and put down deposits that are non-refundable, so cancellations will not be accepted. You can resell your spot in WhatsApp or we can attempt to resell it for a 10% admin fee.
