Our Global Gatherings are an ideal weekend for you and your partner to relax and get to know your fellow Brothers and their families. You’ll be able to enjoy romantic dates, pair up with other couples for meals, and share fun activities together.
Four Seasons is extremely family friendly with plenty of children’s activities, daycare and babysitting services.
Note: all meals and business roundtables are open to Brothers and their Partners. Some dinners may be adult-only, and mastermind circles are Brothers-only.
A schedule preview will be sent ahead of time so that you can best plan for childcare arrangements in advance. Last year, there were kids-only dinners so prepared to be excluded ;)

Mastermind Circles
We carefully facilitate our masterminds to create an open space for Brothers to share what they're ready to share. It's an opportunity to celebrate important wins together, relate to seemingly impossible situations, and most importantly, listen to and be present for one another. The circle is a mere seed and starting point for conversations that follow - and ultimately fuel our mission of creating long-term relationships & community.

Business Roundtables
Our business roundtables focus on Finance (such as investing, capital markets, exits) and Marketing (strategies, channels, product fit). In these sessions, Brothers + partners bring their best practices, expertise and questions so we can maximize knowledge-sharing within our community of leaders.

This weekend is a great opportunity for building new Brother-connections and solidifying those existing. With wide-ranges of backgrounds, industry expertise and overlapping life experiences, connecting with your Brothers is always like catching up with an old friend.

What are the dates?
We start with dinner on Wednesday, January 8th, and you can depart any time on Sunday, January 12th, 2025. You’ll have the option to book additional nights when we send our planning email in September.
How do I get there?
You can fly into the Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport (LIR). The Four Seasons is approx. 40 mins from LIR. We’ll contact you ahead of time to optionally schedule a roundtrip Four Seasons shuttle to / from the airport.
What's the schedule?
On top of the masterminds and business roundtables, there will be optional activities that you can register for ahead of time. We also highly encourage you to just relax poolside, get pampered in the spa, explore surrounding nature, spontaneously start a volleyball game on the beach, and do anything else that’s recharging.

Can I cancel?
We’ve signed agreements and put down deposits that are non-refundable, so cancellations will not be accepted. You can resell your spot in WhatsApp or we can attempt to resell it for a 10% admin fee.
