Where Are We Going?
Karl's Farm is located just outside of Madison, Wisconsin in Cross Plains. Located in the heart of the midwest, it features 100 private acres and backs onto 10,000 acres of public land reserve:
What Are We Doing?
We'll be rolling up our sleeves to pick grapes & make wine since it will be peak harvest season. And thanks to local connections, we'll be learning how to shoot high-powered scoped rifles at a renowned range. At Karl's farm, we'll have a mix of scheduled activities such as archery, hatchet throwing, gym & yoga sessions, hot & cold plunges, and a lot more. We’ll be cooking & eating locally-farmed food (both at Karl's home & at his restaurant). Of course, there will be plenty of time to relax & enjoy the stillness of the surroundings:
Where Are We Staying?
Brother Karl is generously opening up his home to us, and we'll be staying at RVs on his property. You'll be cozy in an RV bed with sleeping bag, steps away from his house, access to outdoor showers, and next to the most reliable alarm clock nature has to offer: farm animals.

This weekend is a great opportunity for building new Brother-connections and solidifying those existing. With wide-ranges of backgrounds, industry expertise and overlapping life experiences, connecting with your Brothers is always like catching up with an old friend.

We carefully facilitate our masterminds to create an open space for Brothers to share what they're ready to share. It's an opportunity to celebrate important wins together, relate to seemingly impossible situations, and most importantly, listen to and be present for one another. The circle is a mere seed and starting point for conversations that follow - and ultimately fuel our mission of creating long-term relationships & community.

Trip Details & FAQs
What are the dates?
We arrive Thursday, September 11th and depart Sunday, September 13th, 2025. Brothers leaving later on Sunday have the option to visit Devil's Lake State Park.
How do I get there?
We recommend flying into Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). Alternatively you can fly into Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) or Chicago O'Hare Airport. We can assist with coordinating your transportation to Karl's farm in Cross Plains, WI from there.
What activities are we doing?
This is a unique time of year when grapes are ready to be harvested & picked. Outside of farm activities, we'll be firing rifles, throwing axes, hitting the archery range, soaking in hot & cold tubs, working out / yoga, and relaxing by the bonfire.

Keep in mind this isn’t an all-inclusive resort and you’ll be asked to help out.
*Alcoholic beverages will be on your own dollar (you can bring your own). Please keep in mind we have a handful members who don't consume alcohol.
Can I cancel?
We’ve signed agreements and put down deposits that are non-refundable, so cancellations will not be accepted. You can resell your spot in WhatsApp or we can attempt to resell it for a 10% admin fee.
