Frontier Club offers the TOS and Conditions ("TOS") outlined herein as guides for both Frontier Club members and nonmembers ("User(s)" utilizing frontierclub.com ("the Site")). Please read all information carefully. By using the Site, Users agree to be bound by these TOS. If Users accept these TOS, they should regularly review these TOS as Frontier Club reserves the right to change the TOS without notice.

The entire contents of this Site are copyrighted, unless otherwise indicated, by Frontier Club. All rights are reserved and content may not be reproduced, downloaded, disseminated, published, or transferred, in any form or by any means, except with the prior written permission of Frontier Club or as indicated below.

Users of this Site may download/print pages or other content for their personal, noncommercial use on a single computer without altering or removing any trademark, copyright or other notice from such material.

Any information contained on websites linked from this Site are not copyrighted by Frontier Club, but may be copyrighted by the owner(s) of such linked website(s). This copyright notice also binds visitors linking TO this Site from other websites.

Access To Password Protected/Secure Areas/Member Areas

If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the unenforceable condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section. The failure of Frontier Club to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. Frontier Club does not guarantee it will take action against all breaches of the TOS. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the TOS, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to the TOS. The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Frontier Club and governs your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Frontier Club with respect to the Site.
